Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. The Golbazar Municipality office intends to Open Competitive Bidding from eligible bidders for the Tender Management of Gudri Haat, Bakhra Haat, and Pashu Haat Bazar.
2. The contract duration shall be 3 Fiscal years (2082-83, 2083-84 and 2084-85).
3. Bidder must submit the Company Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, TAX Clearance of Fiscal Year 2080/81, Letter of Bid, and Other Documents as specified in Bidding Document.
4. Selection of Bidder shall be based on the Highest Evaluated Substantially Responsive Bidder.
5. Bid security (5% of bidding amount) must be deposited in cash in the following Account: (Global IME Bank, Account No: 5504010000016, Dharauti Account)
6. Bidder must submit one-third of bidding amount as a performance guarantee which should be valid up to 13 months from the contract agreement.
7. Eligible Bidders may refer complete set of Bid Documents for further information at PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and other information at golbazarmun.gov.np. Bidders shall have the option of submitting their bids electronically only.
