Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd (RBBL) invites the electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Audit Management System (Risk Based Internal Audit) with Annual Maintenance Contract for 5 years under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act & Regulation. Interested bidders can download the bidding document for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Bidder shall submit their bid electronically before 2082/04/25 (August 10, 2025) 12:00 Noon along with the Bid document fee receipt amount of Nrs. 3,000.00 (Three thousand), deposited in AC No. 143-9505062601 (Other Income), RBBL Thapathali Branch, and scanned PDF of bid security (except RBBL) amount of NRs. 1,10,000.00, which shall be valid for a minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. If the bidder intends to deposit cash for the bid security, it may be deposited into the account. No. 1000100000001120 (Earnest money), RBBL. The Technical electronic bids shall be opened on 2082/04/25 (August 10, 2025), 12:30 PM at the office of RBBL, Central Office, General Service Department, Singhadurbar Plaza. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2082-04-09 at 12:00 noon.
