Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. The Central Jail Hospital (CJH), Tripureswor, Kathmandu invites Electronic Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Goods "Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer (CLIA) Machine at CJH, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu" under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) - Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedures. Bidding is open to all Eligible Bidders as mentioned in the Bidding Document.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of CJH, Tripureswor, Kathmandu or may visit e-GP system of PPMO: https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Complete set of Bidding Document for the mentioned task in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of Bidding Document (non-refundable fee) NRs.3,000.00 to the following bank and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

4. Pre-Bid meeting shall be held at the office of CJH, Tripureswor, Kathmandu at 1:00 PM on 24 April 2025.
5. Interested Bidders are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the office of CJH on or before 1:00 PM on 7 May 2025.
6. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 PM on 7 May 2025 at the office of CJH, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. But nothing shall bar the opening of Bids by the reason only that any Bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder's representative should bear with authorization duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of Bid opening.
7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 65,000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to a minimum of 3 September 2025).
8. If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in KA-2-3 Dharauti Account No. 1700100102030000, Account of Office the Comptroller of Treasury and should be deposited in the Name of CJH, Tripureshwor, Office Code - 314023504, at Rastriya Banijya Bank Teku Branch and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/ uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
