1. The Naukunda Rural Municiality invites sealed bids or electronic bid: from Nepalese eligible bidders for the given below list under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Office of Naukunda Rural Municipality Saramthali, Rasuwa or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
3. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (is given below) of the bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Naukunda Rural Municipality, Saramthali, Rasuwa through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 pm on 10-30-2025.Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who close to attend at 1:00 pm on 10-30-2025 at the office of Naukunda Rural Municipality, Saramthali, Rasuwa. Bids mustbe valid for a period as stated below after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of he bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of amount given below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
