1. Manthali Municipality, Manthali, Ramechhap invites electronic bids from eligible bidders (Importers of Manufacturing Companies within Nepal only) for the Construction and procurement of the Following items under the sealed quotation Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act-2063 and Regulations 2064.Some of the qualification criteria are mentioned below.

3. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instructions to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non-compliance with these instructions will result in disqualification.
4. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity and bid security validity period shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
5. The Purchaser reserves the right to amend or correct and accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
