Procurement of Surgical Items for Non Communicable Diseases

1. Health Service Directorate, Birendranagar Surkhet invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of under National competitive bidding- Single Stage Single Envelope procedures for following procurement as per public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 (including amendment).
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Health Service Directorate, Karnali Province, Birendranagar, Surkhet Tel: 083-520296/083-520304, Email: [email protected] or, www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Health Service Directorate, Surkhet through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on 27-may-2025.
5. The Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 PM hour (local time) on 27-may-2025 at the office of Health Service Directorate, Birendranagar, Surkhet. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, purchaser reserve the right to amend and correct at any time. Any amendments in this tender notice will be posted in the website and notice board of Health Service Directorate, Birendranagar, Surkhet or may visit PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bid without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
