Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. The Oilseed Research Program, Nawalpur, Sarlahi, (OSRP) invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the procurement of goods and works as given table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Oilseed Research Program, Nawalpur, Sarlahi, (OSRP) mailing address: [email protected], Telephone: 9854036252, 9860569765 or may visit and download the bidding documents from PPMO's website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document (as specified in the table below) at Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, Nawalpur, Sarlahi (Acc. Name: Rashtriya Telbali Anusandhan) in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account No.: 1006700605255019 as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
4. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days for NCB and 45 days for SQ after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of as shown in table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (120 days for NCB & 75 days for SQ). If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Nepal Bank Ltd., Malangawa, Sarlahi, Bid Security Account: 02902000000000000333 in the name of Kosh Tatha Lekha Niyantrak Karyalaya, Sarlahi with office code no-312411902 and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
5. Bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before as given in the table below. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at date and time as shown in table below at the office of Oilseed Research Program, Nawalpur, Sarlahi, (OSRP).
