The Nepal Bank Limited invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Safe Deposit Locker 64 Units under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

The Bidder may submit the bid for a single or more packages as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done for each package, with contracts awarded to the lowest evaluated Bidder who has offered least cost for the respective contracts.

Package A: Supply of SDL-1 (Required 35 Sets)
Package B: Supply of SDL-2 (Required 11 Sets)

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, General Service Department, Dharmapath, Kathmandu, email: [email protected] or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Bidders should submit their bid electronically and download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below:

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, General Service Department, Dharmapath, Kathmandu at 12:00 PM on 2082/06/11.

Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2082/06/30. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 on 2082/06/30 at the office of Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, General Service Department, Dharmapath, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format. The bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,00,000.00 shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. up to 2083/03/28).

If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
