4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 12:00PM on 2082/02/09. The bids will be open in the presence of Bidders'representative (if attened) who choose to attened at 2082/02/09 at 2:00pm
5. If the last Date of purching/or submision fall on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date .In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remains the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
