1. Nepal Telecom invites electronic bids from eligible bidders to procurement for the construction of the Administrative & Technical Building at Bajhang through a single-stage double-envelope procedure for the following bids:

3. A complete set of Bid Documents may be downloaded for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The Bidders shall submit their bid electronically and deposit above mentioned non-refundable fee in the bank account specified in the bidding document.
4. In case the last date of submission and opening of the bid date happens to be an official holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date, and the time will remain same as stipulated.
