Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. Madi Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Thumakodada, Kaski, invites Online bids from Nepalese eligible and qualified bidders under the e-procurment system for the Procurement of projects mentioned below;
3. Tender Procurment shall follow Public Procurement Act (1" Amendment 2073) and Public Procurement Regulation (14a Amendment. 2082).
4. Bidders shall download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through the e-procurment section of PPMO's Website http://bolpatra.gov.np/egp, as specified in the bidding data sheet for provision of E-Bidding.
5. A new firm established by any person or manager of a firm or company that is blacklisted according to PPA will be ineligible to submit bids.
6. For further information, please refer to the PPMO's website as prescribed above. Any amendments to the notice or bid documents will be posted on the notice board of this office or PPMO's website.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
