1. The Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd (RBBL) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Cleaning Services at Central Office, Branch Office Teku, Branch Office Durbarmarg, and Branch Office Thapathali as specified under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage One Envelope procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. (RBBL), Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu,

3. Eligible bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document of a non-refundable fee of NRs.3,000.00 (In words Nepalese Rupees Three Thousand Only) in the following bank account and upload the scanned copy of deposit slip along with the Bidding Document.
4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd (RBBL), General Service Department at 2082/03/24 (8 July, 2025) at 14.00 PM.
5. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before July 24, 2025 (Shrawan 08, 2082), 12:00 Noon. Bids received atfer this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on July 24, 2025 (Shrawan 08, 2082), 12:30 PM at the office of Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. Central Office, General Service Department, Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the day of bid opening, and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,50,000.00 (In words Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only,) which shall be valid for a minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. November 20, 2025 (Mangsir 04, 2082).
7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline
8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
