Invitation for E- Bids

1. The Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division, Taplejung, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following contract work, In accordance with the National Competitive Bidding Procedures.
2. Bidders may download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through e-procurement at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp PPMO's portals specified in the bid data sheet. Bidders should deposit the equivalent fee for the bidding document in the respective Revenue Account Number 27002000001001000001, Rajashwa Heading No. 14229, Office Code No. 3130201011 (WRIDD, Taplejung) in Nepal Bank Limited, Taplejung or Bank Guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank in Nepal drawn in favor of the WRIDD, Taplejung, in the format supplied in the bid document or the form acceptable to the WRIDD, Taplejung. A Pre-bid Meeting shall be held at WRIDD, Taplejung on 24th Asar 2082 at 14:00 hrs. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date of submission.
3. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp (on or before 12:00, 2082/04/02)
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the mentioned above date at the office.
5. Other things not included in the bid documents will be as per PPA 2063 and PPR 2064. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
