The Golbazar Municipality office intends to Open Competitive Bidding from eligible bidders for the Tender Management of Gagan Khola, Mainabati Khola and Ghurmi Khola.
The contract duration shall be 1 Fiscal year (2082-83) up to 2083 Jestha
1. Bidder must submit the Company Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, TAX Clearance of Fiscal Year 2080/81, Letter of Bid, and Other Documents as specified in the Bidding Document.
2. Selection of Bidder shall be based on the Highest Evaluated Substantially Responsive Bidder.
3. Bid security (5% of bidding amount) must be deposited in cash in the following Account: (Global IME Bank, Account No.: 5504010000016, Dharauti Account) or BID security valid up to a minimum 90 days from the authorized bank.
4. Eligible Bidders may refer complete set of Bid Document for further information at PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and other information at golbazarmun.gov.np. Bidders shall have the option of submitting their bids electronically only.
