3. Deadline for Bid Submission and Opening:
1. Bid Validity should be 45 days & Bid Security validity period should be 75 days. Bidder has to submit their bid electronically only. They may download the bidding documents for further information, inspection & e-submission from PPMOS web site www.bolpatra.gov.np
2. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
3. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
4. Matters not covered in this notice shall be treated in accordance with PPA-2063 and PPR-2064 (Latest addendum)
