1. Laligurans Municipality, Basantapur, Tehrathum invites E-bid from eligible bidders for following works under National Competitive Bidding. All other information and Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bidding procedure will be Single Stage Single Envelope and E-bid only.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Laligurans Municipality, Basantapur, Tehrathum.
3. The bidders shall submit their e-bid in PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 2082/02/26 (2025 JUN 09) 12:00 hrs. The bids will be opened from the PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2082/02/26 (2025 JUN 09) 13:00 hrs at the office of Laligurans Municipality, Basantapur, Tehrathum.
4. Bid security must be valid for a period of 45 days as stated below for after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid amounting to a minimum of as specified below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period (i.e., 75 days) of the bid after deadline of Bid submission date.
5. If the last date of Bid Opening Day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. Bidders may submit modifications or withdrawals prior to the deadline of bid submission. Once a Bid is withdrawn, bidder will not be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.
7. Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended).
8. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
