3. E-Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of The Kamali Technical School office Jumla by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non refundable fee of as shown in table for each bid.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held. Last Date of Bid Document Purchase will be as shown in table below.
5. Bids Must be submitted to the above office the Karnali Technical School, jumla on or before the specified date and time as shown in table below. Documents received after thus deadline shall not be accepted.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the specified date and time as shown in table below at the Office of The Karnali Technical School Jumla. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as shown in table below, Which shall be valid for 31 days beyond the validity period of the bid (120 days).
