4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2081/12/25 (7th April, 2025) at 12:00 Hrs at Koshi Pump, Chandra Nahar Irrigation Management office, Rajbiraj, Saptari.
5. If the last date of purchasing, submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered at last day. In such case thevalidity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Other Procurementprocess remains as per rule of PPA, 2063 and PPR, 2064 (Revised).
