1. Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of works mentioned in table below under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
2. Only eligible bidders meeting the following key qualifications shall be permitted to participate in this bidding process:
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs.65.18 million.
- Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: One number of Road works with Bituminous Pavement project with value of NRs. 34.76 million.
- Minimum Bid Capacity: NRs. 78.22 million.
3. Tender Procedures shall follow Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
