1. Gorkha Road Project, Gorkha invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of following works under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

4. Bidder can only bid electronically through e-GP Web Portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Any addenda, clarifications, or amendments to the bidding documents will be published on the e-GP Web Portal.
5. Any condition so far not covered shall be as per Public Procurement Act 2063, and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
6. Bank Guarantee shall be in the form specified in the bid documents otherwise rejected.
7. Gorkha Road Project. Gorkha reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or in full without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
