1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply of Furniture and Equipment for Agricultural, Science Lab of Himganga Secondary School (IFB No:NCB/GOODS/LPKRM/2081/82-07). Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese and Foreign Bidders. [defined in the guidelines]
2. The Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu invites sealed and or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply Of Furniture and Equipment for Agricultural, Science Lab Of Himganga Secondary School under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu, Chaulakharka Solukhumbu Koshi Pradesh, Nepal or may visit PPMO egp system website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. If hardcopy is allowed then a complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu, Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu Chaulakharka Solukhumbu Koshi Pradesh Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with a copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000.0 till 19-06-2025 12:00 during office hours.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the following bank/office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3,000.0 NRs till 19-06-2025 12:00. If so requested Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/ service upon payment of additional fee for post/courier. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the document to be sent

5. Sealed or Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, solukhumbu Chaulakharka Solukhumbu Koshi Pradesh Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np, on or before 19-06-2025 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 19-06-2025 14:00 hours at the office of Likhu Pike Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu Chaulakharka Koshi Pradesh Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 65,000.0 NRs which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
