Government of Nepal has received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of Public Financial Management for Development Effectiveness Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of SAN Storage. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016, revised September 2023.

The Financial Comptroller General Office now invites electronic Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of SAN Storage to be procured under National competitive bidding procedures - Single Stage One Envelope procedure.

Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 hrs 9 October 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12.30 hrs on 9 October 2025.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Financial Comptroller General Office, during office hours, at the address given below or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
