Invitation for Bids

1. The Ministry of Health, Province Health logistic Management Center, Biratnagar invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Fully Automated Bio-chemistry Analyzer National competitive bidding - Single Stage Double Envelope (1S2E) procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Province Health Logistic Management Center, Koshi Province, Biratnagar, E-mail: [email protected], or may visit PPMO eGP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or www.phlmc.pl.gov.np
3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from eGP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested Bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding documents in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below:

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 1 June 2025(18 Jestha 2082). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on). 1 June 2025 (18 Jestha 2082), at the office of Province Health Logistic Management Center, Biratnagar.
5. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, purchaser reserve the right to amend and correct at any time.
