1. Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Pokhara has allocated the budget for The Procurement for Supply and Delivery of Four-wheel Drive (4 -WD) JIP/SUV and Two Wheel Drive compact SUV/SUV intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for MOEAP/GOODS/NCB/02/2081/82 and MOEAP/GOODS/ NCB/03/2081/82. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all. Eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. The MOEAP, Pokhara invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of The Porcurement for supply and Delivery of Follow in Four-wheel Drive (4-WD) JIP/SUV and Two Wheel Drive compact SUV/SUV under National competitive bidding each of Single Envelope Procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Ministry of Economic Affairs, Gandaki Province, Pokhara 7, Pokhara, Kaski, Gandaki Province, Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e- submission from PPMO's Web Site www. bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
