Invitation for Bids for the Construction of Technical Cum Administrative Building Complex at Nepal Telecom Office, Jumla

1. Nepal Telecom intends to Construct Technical Cum Administrative Building Complex Construction works at Nepal Telecom Office, Jumla under the Contract for NDCL/PDSKT/NCB/Works-01/081-82. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.
2. Nepal Telecom invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Technical Cum Administrative Building Complex Construction works at Nepal Telecom Office, Jumla under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
4. Bidders shall download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp till 30th day during office hours from the date of tender publication.
Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the account as specified below. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:
Cost of bidding Document: A non-refundable fee of Nepali Rupees 10,000.00 in form of bank receipt for fee deposited.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Surkhet, Birendranagar at 2081/12/03(16/03/2025) at 11:00 am.
5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 2081/12/17. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 31st day on 2081/12/17 (30/03/2025) at the office of Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Surkhet at 13:00 hours. Bids must be valid for a period of at least 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format from Commercial bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing law with a minimum of Rs. 7,63,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
