1. Harinagar Rural Municipality invites Online Bids under e-procurement system from eligible Bidders for the "Construction of Asphalt concrete road from Jalpapur Simana to syphon Nahar" under National competitive Bidding- single stage single envelope Bidding procedure.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Harinagar Rural Municipality, sunsari or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidding Document is available online and can be downloaded from e-gp system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested Bidder should deposit the cost of Bidding Document 3,000.00 NRs. in the following specified Bank.
A. Name of the Bank: Agricultural Development Bank, Branch office, Harinagara
B. Name of the office: Harinagar Rural Municipality
C. Revenue Account No: 0602401311171092
4. Interested Bidder should submit online Bids through e-procurement portal http:/www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 14.00 PM at 8th June 2025. Bidders are required to follow the electronic Bid submission procedure as specified in e-gp system.
5. Online Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who chooses to attend on 14.00 PM at 8th June 2025 at Harinagar Rural Municipality office. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) day of Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security as specified below. which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the Bid validity period. The scanned copy of Bid security should be uploaded in the e-gp system during Bid submission.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 28 May 2025.
7. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the Bids as specified, the Bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
9. Matters not covered by this Notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, Public Procurement Regulation and prevailing Laws.
