1. The Ministry of Health and Population, National Tuberculosis Control Centre, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Consumables for Cultural DST under national competitive bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. The bidder may submit the bid and offer discounts. Bidders shall quote for the complete quantity.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of National Tuberculosis Control Centre, Thimi, Bhanktapur, Nepal, Email: [email protected]. PH No. 977-01-6630706, website: nepalntp.gov.np or may visit PPMO eGP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bid is to be uploaded and submitted electronically through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 Noon of 18th june, 2025.
5. Electronic bids should deposit the cost of bidding document and Bid security as specified below. And also the evidence of bank receipt of bid fee and bid security should be enclosed in bid document.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours, on 18th June, 2025 at the office of NTCC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal.
7. Bid must be valid for at least 90 days after the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid Security not less than the amounts mentioned above. The Bid Security shall be in the name of the Bidder and in the case of a Bid Security issued by a foreign bank, the same shall be counter-guaranteed by a Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution in Nepal. The Bid Security must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the bid validity period.
8. If the bid opening day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day at the same time bid shall be opened. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. In the case of discrepancies or errors in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the NTCC reserves the right to amend and correct the bid at any time.
10. NTCC reserves the right to cancel the bidding process partially or wholly at any time without disclosing the reason.
