Global IME Bank Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply & Implementation of Treasury Module/Customization
1. Eligibility Criteria for the Bidders
a. The bidder should be a legal entity and a registered company having its own/rep- resentative office/agents and a strong presence in Kathmandu, Nepal.
b. The bidder must have experience of and past performance on installing, commissioning, and maintainingthe relevant products offered in the bid for at least 3 (three) banks.
c. The bidder must have past performance on installation, commissioning, Migration, and maintenance of the relevant products with core banking application for at least 3 (three) banks.
d. Ongoing AMC agreement with at least 3 (three) banks, if any.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased from Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi Kathmandu by eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 5,000.00 [NPR Five Thousand Only] before 11:00 am 22 June, 2025. Cash should be deposited in Account No.: 003700524005 (Other Income-Misc.)
3. Sealed bids must be submitted to Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi Kathmandu by hand/courier on or before 05:00 PM on 26 June, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 11:00 AM 27 June, 2025 at Global IME Bank Limited, Corporate office.
5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
7. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
