1. Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Sunsari has allocated a Budget for the procurement of Supply & Delivery of Office Essential Goods and Accessories and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for BNRM/NCB/Goods/2082/083-01. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. The Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Sunsari, invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply & Delivery of Office Essential Goods and Accessories under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.
[The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages/lots as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done for each package/lot, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.]
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Koshi Province, Sunsari, [email protected], 9819397474 or may visit the PPMO eGP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder has to submit their bid electronically only & may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of the bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the same office on at 2025/09/02 & 11:00 AM. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non-compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality, Sunsari, through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Office Hours on 2025/09/14 AD. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend 13:00 office hours, 2025/09/14 AD at the office of Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, which shall be valid for 30 days cofe-l beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act-2063 and the Public Procurement regulations-2064 and other prevailing regulations.
