1. The District Cooperative Union Ltd., Bagmati Province, Bharatpur-10 Chitwan invites the bids from the Eligible Bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Electrical works all complete as per specifications for establishment of Electric Charging Stations at Bharatpur, chitwan District under National Competitive Biddingprocedures as follows:

3. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account as specified below.

4. The bids must be submitted no later than 1 p.m on 2082-02-13
5. The pre-bid meeting shall be at DCU Chitwan Office, Bharatpur, chitwan on 2082/02/16 at 13:00 PM.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 PM on 2082/02/17 DCU Chitwan, Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal.
7. The Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
10. Rest of things which are not mentioned in this notice will be according to PPA, 2063 & PPR, 2064.
11. In case of discrepancy or error in Tender Notice, Bid document and other document DCU Chitwan reserves right to amend, correct at any time.
