1. INFN GPH invites bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Stationery items & Printing Services. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of INFN GPH Pokhara Kaski
2. Bidding documents are available at INFN GPH upon deposit of non-refundable Rs. 1000 for each bidding form in the following bank account. Bidders must submit an original bank deposit Voucher to receive the bidding documents.

3. The bidders shall furnish bid security along with the bid document in the form of a bank guarantee/deposit to INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital of Rs 10,000 for each package. The bid security validity should be 90 days from the day of the bid. The bidders shall submit a copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/Firm Registration, and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081.
4. Bidders should be engaged in business for a minimum of three years.
5. The average annual turnover of the last two years should be not less than 1.5 million rupees.
6. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2082/03/19 at 3:00 PM at INFN GPH. The respective bidder will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.
8. The bid is a single-envelope system and can be evaluated on a package/item-wise basis. Eligible Bidders may submit the bid for all packages/items, or single package/item, or more than one packages/items.
9. INFN GPH reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. Other instructions to the bidder will be provided with the bid documents from INFN GPH.
10. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
11. If any discrepancies or errors are seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt with as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal
