1. INFN GPH invites bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Medicines, Hearing Aids & Batteries, Surgical items, and Lab Reagents. Medicine is for INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital (INFN GPH), Shinning Hospital INF Nepal Banke (SHIB), & Shinning Hospital INF Nepal Surkhet (SHIS) Only. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of INFN GPH Pokhara, Kaski Or INF International, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Ph. no: 01 5421183 Or Shinning Hospital INF Nepal Banke Ph. No: 081 522030 Or Shinning Hospital INF Nepal, Surkhet Ph. No: 083 520105.
2. Bidding documents are available at INFN GPH, INF International, Jawalakhel, and Shinning Hospital INF Nepal, Bank, and Shinning Hospital INF Nepal Surkhet upon deposit of non-refundable Rs. 2,000 for each bidding form for each package in the following bank account. Bidders must submit an original bank deposit Voucher to receive the bidding documents.

3. The bidders shall furnish bid security along with the bid document in the form of a bank guarantee to INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital of Rs 30,000 for Medicines and Hearing Aids & Batteries, Rs 15,000 for surgical items, and Lab Reagents. The bid security validity should be 120 days from the day of the bid.
4. The bidders shall submit a copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/Firm Registration, and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081 and Audited Financial statement of FY 2079/80 & FY 2080/81.
5. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2082/03/26 at 3:00 PM at INFN GPH. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the day of the bid. The respective bidder will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.
7. The bid is a single-envelope system and can be evaluated on a package/item-wise basis. Eligible Bidders may submit the bid for all packages/items (more than one place) or single package/item (bid for one location) or more than one packages/ items (more than one location).
8. The bidder shall clearly specify if they are bidding for the institutional supply of individual items in the remarks column of the form. Also bidder shall fill all the forms with the MRP of the individual item and the actual bidding price.
9. INFN GPH reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. Other instructions to the bidder will be provided with the bid documents from INFN GPH or INF International Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, or Shining Hospital INF Nepal Banke or Shining Hospital INF Nepal Surkhet.
10. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
11. If any discrepancies or errors are seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.
