1. Road Division Nuwakot invites Open Competitive Bidding (E-Bids only) from eligible bidders for the Road Construction Works under National Competitive Bidding as follows.

4. Any amendment in the tender notice will be published in the notice board of the Road Division, Nuwakot, and the e-procurement section of PPMO's website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
5. Interested bidders should submit online bids through the e-procurement portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. only on or before the stipulated time mentioned in the above table. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in the e-GP System Operating Guideline 2074 and User manuals issued by PPMO, which are available in the e-GP system.
6. The Bid Validity Period/Bid Security Validity Period of each contract shall be 90 Days/ 120 Days from the date of bid opening.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
8. The matters not covered in this tender notice shall be by the latest amendments of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, and the Public Procurement Regulation, 2064, and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
