1. Bangad Kupinde Municipality invites Sealed Quatations from Nepalese eligible bidders/Supplies for the Following items
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Bangad Kupinde Municipality Devsthal, Salyan 088-411060 Bidding Documents at the office.
3. Eligible Bidders submitting their bid should deposit nonrefundable fee of bidding document in the Projects Rajaswo (Revenue) account as specified below and the Bank deposit voucher, Company/firm registration certificate, tax clearance fee 2080/81 and VAT/PAN Registration shall be Submit by the bidder at the time of submission of the bids.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend Bangad Kupinde Municipality Devsthal, Salyan
5. Bid Security must be valid for a period of 75 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of the bid, 2082/04/15
6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
7. Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially, any or all the bids without assigning. 8. Other rules should be as per public procurement Act 2063, Public procurement Regulation 2064.
