1. Birendra Bidhya Mandir Campus, Tikapur Kailali invites Open Competitive Electronic Bidding from the eligible bidders for the procurement of works given in table below under National Competitive Bidding Procedures.

3. Interested bidders should submit only E-bid till 9th Sep 2025 before 12:00 hrs. through PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. No any Hardcopy will be entertained.

6. Bid Validity Period shall be 90 days from the date of Bid Opening, and Bid Security Validity Period shall be 120 days from the date of Bid Opening.
7. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Birendra Bidhya Mandir Campus, Tikapur, Kailali at 13:00 hrs. on 29 Aug 2025.
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs. on 9th Sept 2025 at Birendra Bidhya Mandir Campus, Tikapur Kailali.
10. The Campus reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
11. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other prevailing laws of Nepal.
12. Any amendments on this notice shall be posted on Campus information board and on Campus website: www.birendracampus.edu.np
