INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. Lahan Municipality invites Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope Tender) from eligible bidders for the following contracts as mentioned below under National Competitive Bidding procedures:
2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Lahan Municipality, Lahan (Siraha) or may visit the PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Interested bidders should submit electronic bids through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 3-07-2025 A.D, 12:00 noon. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Operating Guideline, 2080 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 3-07-2025 A.D, 2:00 PM at the office of Lahan Municipality, Lahan. Bids must be valid for a period of days as mentioned in the table above after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum as mentioned in the table above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format should be uploaded in the e-GP system during bid submission.
5. Any conditions so far not covered shall be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 (Amendment-2073), and Public Procurement (Twelfth Amendment) Rules.
6. Any amendments to the tender notice shall be published in the e-procurement section.
7. If the Office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non-compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification. Lahan Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
