Invitation for Bids

1. The Ministry of Health, Health Directorate, Dhankuta invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Medicines National competitive bidding HD-KP\G\NCB-03(Mobile Van)/2081-82(1S2E) and HD-KP\G\NCB-04(Medical equipments for Mobile Van)/2081-82(1S1E)
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Health Directorate, Dhankuta, E- mail: [email protected], or may visit PPMO eGP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or https://hd.koshi.gov.np
3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from eGP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested Bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding documents in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below:

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 14 March 2025(1 Chaitra, 2081). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 14 March 2025(1 Chaitra 2081) at the office of Province Health Logistic Management Center.
5. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, purchaser reserve the right to amend and correct at any time.
