Invitation for Bids No: 07, The Procurement of LPA XDR Consumables
1. The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health and Population, National Tuberculosis Control Center, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of LPA XDR Consumables under National Competitive Bidding- Single Stage, One Envelope. Procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and regulations.
2. The bidder may submit the bid for single slice as mentioned below and offer discount. The name of Item and slice with bid security amount are as follows:
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of National Tuberculosis Control Center, Thimi Bhaktapur by mailing to: [email protected] or calling to telephone number +977-1-6630033, or may visit PPMO Egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder should download bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 27th October, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 on 27 October, 2025 at the office of the National Tuberculosis Control Center, Thimi, Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days for IFB no 07 from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to mentioned above for each slice in a Nepali currency which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the NTCC reserves the right to amend and correct the bid at any time.
9. NTCC reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time even without disclosing the reason.
