1. The Bhimphedi Rural Municipality has allocated funds towards the cost of Agriculture equipment of following details and invites following electronic bids from eligible sealed quotation.
2. The Bhimphedi Rural Municipality invites electronic bids only from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Agriculture equipment (Mini Tiller 7HP-30 pcs) under sealed quotation procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
3. The details of the procurement are as following.
4. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system. https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

5. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, bidder has to deposit cash in hand Deposit Account Number G7CA503072524001, GA 3-DHARAUTI KHATA-BHIMPHEDI GAUPALIKA and submit bank deposit voucher along with the bid.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 30-05-2025 14:00 hours at the office of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality Bhimphedi, Makwanpur, Bagmati Province Nepal.
7. Please read, understand and agree to all the conditions mentioned in the document and submit the bid. Otherwise, the decision of the office will be the final decision.
8. In cases other than those mentioned above, the purchase will be in accordance with prevailing laws.
