Invitation for Sealed Bid

1. Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (NEP/TIO) invites interested, eligible, and registered bidders for "Supply, installation, and commissioning of Medical equipment." Invitation for Bid no. 04- Equipment/Histo-2081/82

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased or information may be obtained from the Procurement department of NEP/TIO by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable bid document fee within office hours (8:00 to 16:00).
3. Non-refundable bid document fee should be deposited on Prabhu Bank Ltd., Account No. 0010079046500441 on name of Nepal Eye Program.
4. Under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing
(i) the Technical Bid and the other
(ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope with clear mention of the submitter by, submitter to, and project name.
5. NEP/TIO reserves the right to accept or reject in part or whole of any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
6. The Bids will be opened on the date/time mentioned above in the presence of the Bidder's representative who wishes to attend.
7. If last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
