1) Makalu Rural Municipality Office has allocated fund and invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders towards Makalu Rural Municipality Building Construction, under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
2) Eligible bidders to participate in the contract should have the following key qualifications.
a) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years:- NRs 60510000.00
b) Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature - At least one number with a value of at least NRs. 60509000.0000 that have been successfully or are substantially completed.
c) Construction Experiences in Key Activities:-
i) Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of grade M20 of approved quality in RCC works :- 770 Cum
ii) TMT Fe 500 Steel Reinforcement works:- 126 MT
iii) Brick Masonry Work :- 510 Cum
3) Bidder must submit their bid electronically from PPMO's Web Site https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and should deposit the bid document fee (as mentioned in table below) in the Rajaswa Account no as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4) Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Makalu Rural Municipality Office,Num, Sankhuwasabha in following date and time :-
a) Date :- March 28, 2025
b) Time:- 2:00 PM
5) Electronics bids must be submitted through PPMO's website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp within the date and time (as mentioned in table below). Bids received after deadline will be rejected.\
6) Technical bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at date and time (as mentioned in the table below). Bid should be valid for a period of 120 days after bid Opening and must be accompanied by a bid security minimum of Rs (as mentioned in table below) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7) If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
