1. Tribhuvan University, Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following contract under National Competitive Bidding procedures under financing Government of Nepal.

3. Tender Procedures shall follow Public Procurement Act (1* Amendment, 2073) and Public Procurement Regulation (13th Amendment, 2080).
4. Bidders shall obtain the bidding documents and submit their bids as specified in the Bidding data sheet at office. Bidders should deposit the equivalent fee for bidding document in the above Revenue Account within the date and time specified above.
5. A new firm established by any person or manager of a firm or company that is blacklisted according to PPA will be ineligible to submit bids.
