5. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts/cross discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered at last day. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Other Procurement process remains as per rule of PPA, 2063 and PPR, 2064 (Revised).
