1. Road Division Harkapur invites Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Double Envelope Electronic Bids) from eligible bidders for construction of following works under National Competitive Bidding procedures:
3. Bid validity period and bid security validity period for all above contracts shall be 90 days and 120 days respectively.
4. Bank Guarantee shall be in the format specified in the bid documents otherwise the bid will be rejected.
5. Road Division Harkapur reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or in full, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
