1. Bahudarmai Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible Nepalese bidders for Construction Works as mentioned below:-
Under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage, Two Envelope Bidding Procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Bahadarmai Municipality, Bahuwari pidari, Parsa or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the non refundable fee mentioned above as per the project of the bidding document till 30 days during office hour, in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy of bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidders at time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bahudarmai Municipality, Bahuwari Pidari, Parsa at 13:00 hours on 2082/07/21.
5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Bahadarmai Municipality, Bahuwari pidari, Parsa through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 Hrs Noon on 18 November 2025 (2082/08/02). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 18 November 2025 (2082/08/02) at the office of Bahudarmai Municipality, Bahuwari pidari, Parsa.

7. If the last date of purchasing or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
