Invitation for Bids

1. Khaniyabas Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction following works under National Competitive Bidding Procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain information and inspect the bidding documents at Khaniyabas Rural Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Darkha, Dhading or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidders submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of the bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa(revenue) account as specified below and the bidder shall upload the scanned copy(pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 10:00 on 10July 2025 from the date of publication of this notice, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend at Khaniyabas Rural Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Darkha, Dhading, and Baghmati Province, Nepal at 11:00 hours of 10th July, 2025 from the publication date of this notice. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount mentioned above, Valid 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid.
If the bidder wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash, it should be deposited in:

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
7. Bid should comply in all respects with the instructions to the bidder included in the Bid document. Noncompliance with this instruction will result in disqualification.
8. In the case of discrepancies or errors in bid documents, bid notice, or any other documents, Khaniyabas Rural Municipality reserves the right to amend and correct at any time
