1. NEA, Chilime Trishuli 220 KV TLP invites sealed bids or electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Truss type Store at Chilime Hub Substation under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is NRs. 37,34,669.12 (Exclusive of VAT) In words: Thirty Seven Lakh Thirty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Nine Rupees, Twelve Paisa Only.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of NEA, Chilime Trishuli 220 KV TLP, Kharipati, Changunarayan, Bhaktapur, Bagmati Province, Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e submission from PPMO's Web Site https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of NRS 3,000.00 (Three Thousand only) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office NEA, Chilime Trishuli 220 KV TLP, Kharipati, Changunarayan, Bhaktapur, Bagmati Province, through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 20-05-2025 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 20- 05-2025 14:30 at the office of NEA, Chilime Trishuli 220 KV TLP Kharipati Changunarayan, Bhaktapur Bagmati Province Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 1,26,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
7. The bidder shall submit the audited balance sheets and income statements, for the last 5 (five) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position. As a minimum, a Bidder's net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
8. The bidder shall submit the documents for minimum average annual construction turnover of NRs. 40,00,000.00 (in words: Forty lakhs Nepali rupees) calculated as total certified payments received for construction contracts in progress or completed, within best three years out of last ten fiscal years.
