Construction of Multipurpose inclusive safe shelter building

Conscious Society for Social Development (CSSD)) in a collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is constructing a Multipurpose Inclusive Safe Shelter for community at Janaki RM-9, Khairiphata, Kailali through the CBDRR Project. Therefore, CSSD invites bids from eligible bidders for the same. Bidders who have eligibility; i) The turnover for each of the past three years has consistently maintained a minimum of 16 million rupees annually and ii) has experience of a similar nature (public buildings) construction works at least one contract of 10 million Rupees or above within last 3 years.
Bidders can receive an electronic copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 12th of May to 1st of June 2025 upon the submission of an application along with copy of legal documents (VAT, Registration, updated license, Tax clearance) by email requesting to [email protected] Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Proposal and the other (ii) the Financial Proposal, as described in the Bidding Document.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security as below having validity for 60 days after the bid opening date submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 11:00 AM on 2nd of June 2025 in the addresses given below. Technical Proposal will be opened at CSSD project office Tikapur, Kailali in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 2nd June 2025.
Pre-bid meeting shall be held at CBDRR project office, Tikapur Municipality-01, Kailali or may be virtual at 1:00 P.M. on 23rd May 2025.
