Gadhi Rural Municipality Office Aurabani Sunsari invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Construction of Main Gate, wall,Canteen and Landscaping Gadhi-2, Sunsari under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
1. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing
(i) the Technical Bid and the other
(ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Gadhi Rural Municipality Office, Aurabani- 2, Sunsari Province- 1, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the non-refundable fee as mentioned below and scanned copy of written application. Along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, till office hour of 30th day of publication of notice of bidding document in the rural municipality's Sanchit Kosh Account as specified below and the scanned copy of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the Bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gadhi Rural Municipality Office Aurabani- 2 Sunsari Province- 1, Nepal, at 2:00PM on 21th day of publication of notice.
5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Gadhi Rural Municipality Office Aurabani- 2 Sunsari Province-1, Nepal through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on 31th day of publication of notice. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00pm on 31st day of publication of notice at the office of Gadhi Rural Municipality Office Aurabani-2 Sunsari Province-1, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, \amounting as specified in PPA and PPR, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
9. Bidders must submit the original copies (Hard Copy) of mandatory document to Gadhi Rural Municipality Office Aurabani- 2 Sunsari Province- 1, Nepal within the seven days of last date of Bid Submission. Non submission of the hard copy by the Bidders within the specified time shall be considered as non-responsive and may cause forfeiture of bid security.
10. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Bid Document, PPA and PPR.
11. Eligibility Criteria:
a) The prospective bidders should be technically & financially sound registered with Govt. of Nepal as specified in the bid document.
b) Bidders shall be submit only Required Document which are Specified in bid document.
c) Other eligibility criteria as specified in the Bid Document.
