1. Triyuga River Management Project (TRMP) invites electronics bids for the Construction of embankment & Revetment Works at the Right Bank of Triyuga River at Chaudandigadhi Na.Pa. 5, Sundarpur, Udaypur & Left Bank of Triyuga River at Triyuga Na.Pa. 13, Portaha, Udaypur under National Competitive Bidding -Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures
Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding.
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years NRs.35338000.00
- Minimum work experience of similar size and nature: River Training Projects at least one contract within the last 10 years, with a value of at least NRs 17669000.00 million.
2. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 5,000.00 in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours, 13th June 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
4. The bids will be opened at 1:00 pm on 13th June 2025 at the office of TRMP, Belka -1, Ambasi, Udaypur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 8,10,000.00 which should be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 10th September 2025).
